The location was good. Raoul stood out as a friendly employee who helped me during my stay. His excellent English helped me navigate my first trip to Mexico.

There was a problem with air conditioning in my room. The maintenance staff took a long time to respond to my request.

We got a complimentary drink voucher as soon as we checked in, and they even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon! The little pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the gym had all the essentials for a solid workout. One minor hiccup was the occasional noise from the restaurant, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 😊

My wife and I loved staying here! The location was perfect for exploring the historical district. We enjoyed the steak house—seriously some of the best food ever! Pricing in pesos hit us hard, though. keep an eye on that exchange rate. Service was mostly top-notch but the front desk seemed a bit slow on check-in.
